Returns & Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Non-returnable Items:
    Some items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:

    • Custom-made furniture

    • Clearance and discounted items

    • Opened or used furniture (unless faulty)

  3. Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at Kametausliyevich@proton.me with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item(s) (if damaged or defective)

    After reviewing your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return your items.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  5. Refund Process:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.
